DAR Listing of some Rev. War Farnsworth Graves

I am interested in the listing of Solomon Farnsworth listed on the DAR
Rev. War Farnsworth graves. He would be my GGGgrandfather on my fathers
maternal side. Where can I find further information? I know my
grandmother who was a Farnsworth Grace Drucilla and her sister Mable
were both members of the DAR. Thank you for any help Jean
