Farnsworth document Canada

Hello, Sometime ago I read an article (document) on the net,probably on
a FARNSWORTH site about a FARNSWORTH ancestor. The document was a copy
from a Canadian source about a Farnsworth that was given some land in
Canada I believe it was from the late 1600's or early 1700's The
document also mentioned some other surnames which all seemed to be of
English origin unusual time for English to be situated among the French
in Canada up around the St Lawrence River,since they were warring with
each other.The surname JAMES was mentioned. If anyone knows where this
document is  located amoung your Farnsworth material ,I would be most
greatful for the info.
